NIKE SB UK / EN ROUTE / A SKATE TRIP

The Nike SB UK team has been putting in some miles this August as they went out on the “En Route” UK team trip.
Starting off in Edinburgh, the 8 deep crew went through a total of 5 cities ending up at their final destination in London. Stopping off along the way to hit up street spots, parks and demos all linked up with renown skate shops such as Focus, Note, Lost Art, Fifty-Fifty and Slam City Skates.

El equipo de Nike Sb de UK, ha estado haciendose unas cuantas millas este Agosto, y con esto nos traen , "En Ruta" , un trip del equipo del Reino Unido . 
Empezando en Endiburgo, la peña de los 8 , se pasearon por un total de 5 ciudades, y acabaron en su destino final en Londres, Parando por diferentes spots callejeros, parques y demos, todos enlazados con skate shops de renombre tales como Focus, Lost Art, Fifty-Fifty y Slam City Skate. 
Los riders del tour fueron , Neil Smith, Chris Jones, Jak Pietryga, Kyron Davis, Caspar Brooker, Charlie Birch, Korahn Gayle y Joe Gavin.

ERIC KOSTON / NIKE SB / KOSTON 2 IT / QUICKSTRIKE LAUNCH , LONDON

On the back of legendary 'Skateboard Hall of Famer' Eric Koston's second signature model on Nike, the 1948 Stadium store in Shoreditch, London played host to the man himself as he launched his ultra limited Koston 2 IT golf shoe.

BAY SIXTY6 RE-OPENING / NIKE SKATEBOARDING DEMO

On Saturday 15th September BaySixty6 in West London reopened its doors to the public. To mark the occasion a free public skate session was followed by a demo from the Nike Skateboarding team including Justin Brock, Wieger Van Wageningen, Theotis Beasley, Sean Malto, Fernando Bramsmark, Tim Zom, Korahn Gayle, Tom Harrison, Neil Smith, Chris Jones, and new UK team rider Kyron Davis who learnt to skate at BaySixty6 after school.

El Sábado 15 de Septiembre , se reabrió el BaySixty6 en el Oeste de Londres para el público . Para celebrar la ocasion una sesión de patinada libre , se siguió de una demo por parte d elos Nike ,, incluyendo a Justin Brock, Wieger Van Wageningen, Theotis Beasley, Sean Malto, Fernando Bramsmark, Tim Zom, Korahn Gayle, Tom Harrison, Neil Smith, Chris Jones, y el nuevo rider de de UK para NIke , Kyron Davis que aprendió a patinar allí después del cole en BaySixty6.

BaySixty6 skatepark / reopens / NIke Skateboarding

Nike Skateboarding has spent two months redesigning, regenerating and revitalizing one of London's most renowned under cover skate spots: BaySixty6, located under the Westway at the end of Portobello Rd, West London. The park has been completely transformed into a state-of-the-art facility; the first of its kind in London. The floor has been resurfaced with fresh concrete, the underside of the Westway has been fitted with a new lighting scheme and an improved sound system has been installed. BaySixty6, complete with its renovated shop and social area, is now set to become the hub of London skateboarding, regardless of the weather.

Nike ha pasado dos meses rediseñadas, regenerando y revitalizando uno de los mas renombrados lugares para patinar cubierto : BaySixty6, localizado bajo el Westway al final de Portobello Rd , En la zona Oeste de Londres. El parque has sido completamente transformado en unas instalaciones hasta artísticas, el primero de este tipo en Londres. El suela ha sido reformado con Cemento, hay nueva iluminación en la zona y han colocado un nuevo sistema de sonido. La BaySixty6, se completa con un area social y una tienda renovada, con la intención de convertirse en el centro del sate de Londres, sea cual sea el clima.

ADIDAS SKATE / ROLLING LONDON

 In 2010 adidas Originals takes to the streets in a new and authentic way. The setting for the celebration is the street corner where originality lives. We kicked if off with the launch of our Star Wars collaboration, then turned up the volume, inviting everyone to a celebration spreading from the underground to the rooftop.

With London as our neighborhood backdrop, we invited some of our friends from the adidas Skateboarding team to come, and when not filming the TV commercial, we took off to capture some footage on the streets of London. Join Nestor Judkins, Benny Fairfax (our London local), Tim OConnor and Klaus Bohms celebrating their originality on the streets of merry ole England.
