En sus propias palabras: " Tu pie trasero en la posicion para hacer un sitch bigspin. Pones tu pie delantero bastante en la punta. Entonces lo impulsas muy fuerte. Entonces no se como , rozas tu pie delantero para lanzar la tabla alrededor y entonces esperar que lo caigas ( se rie) . No soy muy bueno explicando " No hace falta que lo jures.
