Volcom is proud to announce their partnership with The Maloof Money Cup (MMC) - the world's greatest skateboarding event - featuring the Volcom Street Pro for the 2010 MMC events in New York, NY (June 5th-6th) and Costa Mesa, CA (Aug 4th-8th).

"We're thrilled to have so much support for our contest from brands like Volcom that are rooted in skateboarding," said Joe Maloof. "Volcom is a tremendous partner and we're looking forward to showcasing the Volcom Street Pro on two all new concrete skate plazas as we take Maloof Money Cup bi-coastal this year."

The first MMC event of 2010 will take place June 5th-6th in Queens, New York at the former Astral Fountain in Flushing Meadows Park. Construction of the 16,000-square-foot skate park has already begun, lead by the design team at California Skateparks with input from longtime Volcom pro, Geoff Rowley, NY skate legend Steve Rodriguez and 2009 MMC street pro winner, Chris Cole.

The second MMC event of 2010 will take place August 4-9th at the Orange County Fairgrounds in Costa Mesa, CA. Stay tuned for more info coming up on both events.

Volcom está orgullosa de anunciar su asociación , con la Maloof Money Cup (MMC)- el evento de skate mas grande del mundo del skate- con la participacion para el Volcom Street Pro event de la MMC del 2010 que se celebrarán en Nueva York y en California.

El primer evento de MMC tomará lugar en Junio del 5 al 6 en Queens, New York en lo que fuera la Fuente Astral en Flushing Meadows Park. La construccion de una plaza de 16000 metros cuadrados ha comenzado, conducida por un equipo de diseño de Skateparks de California con la ayuda del pro de Volcom , Geoff Rowley, la leyenda del skate de NY, Steve Rodriguez y el ganador del evento MMC del 2009 , Chris Cole.
