NICK GARCIA / ELEMENT / NEW PRO

It¹s a rare thing these days, in the age of the internet and all, when you can honestly say an amateur skater paid his dues to earn what he¹s got, but for Nick Garcia, there's nothing truer than that. Skating his ass off, and getting noticed the old fashioned way. "The harder you work the luckier you get" and with that said, we are proud to introduce Element¹s newest pro, Nick Garcia.

Es una cosa rara en estos dias de Internet , donde un Am se ha ganado eso de convertirse en pro , pero para Nick Garcia eso es mas verdad que nada . Patinando hasta la muerte y dandose a notar a la vieja usanza. " Cuanto mas trabajas mas suerte tienes" , y con esto dicho , estamos orgullosos de presentar a Nick Garcia al equipo de pros de la marca .

JOEY BREZINSKI / TRICK TIP / HOT WING

There's probably no pro skater out there better suited to teach manual style tricks than Joey Brezinski. The Manny Mania champ knows a thing or two about rolling on two wheels and is here to break down an unusual manual variation—The Hot Wing. The Hot Wing is a full body, mid manuel twist that takes you from a manuel to a fakie nose manuel or visa versa. There's really not much to it aside from making sure your turn is quick and your balance remains even from manuel to manuel. The big secret here, as Joey says, is to watch where you're going—balance is in the eyes, grasshopper. Go learn 'em!

El campe´n del Manny Mania, sabes un par de cosas sobre como estar sobre dos ruedas , y como hacer variaciones de Manual . .. como por ejemplo el HoT wing ... el Hot Wing es un medio manual de cuerpo que te lleva desde un manual hasta un fakie nose y viceversa..no hay mucho mas que decir , solo que gires rapido y de que tu equilibrio permanezca igualado de un manual al otro . El gran secreto , como dice Joey , ver a donde vas ... el equilibrio esta en los ojos ... saltamontes . Vete por ahí  y aprendelo !!

THE HISTORY OF PLAN B

In 1991 Mike Ternasky assembled one of the most dominant teams in the history of the sport and produced what many consider to be the best skate video of all time, Questionable. In 1994, after Mike's tragic death in car accident the future of the team appeared to be over. 

Then in 2005, founding team members Danny Way and Colin McKay relaunched the brand with their own version of the super team and a dream to continue the legacy of Plan B. 

 

These are, and always have been, the athletes changing the game and upping the ante with their riding, and 'Legacy. The History of Plan B Skateboarding' tells their story from inception to today. Featuring new interviews with original team riders, current team riders and skate footage spanning the entire timeline to tell the complete story of the most well regarded team in skateboarding.

 

Check back every Monday for the newest installment of 'Legacy. The History of Plan B Skateboarding.' Each episode explores a unique storyline from past and present team riders as well as other game changers from the skate industry.

En 1991 , Mike Ternasky junto uno de los equipos mas predominantes en toda la historia del skate y fue capaz de producir uno de los videos que es considerado como uno de los mejores videos de toda la historia del skate. En 1994 después de la muerte trágica de Mike en un accidente de tráfico, el futuro del equipo parecia que se había acabado . 

Entonces en 2005, los que fueron miembros del equipo , Danny Way y Colin McKay relanzaron la compañía, con su propia versión de un super equipo y un sueño de continuar el legado de Plan B .
